By accessing or using choraquest.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. ChoraQuest, LLC ("ChoraQuest," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

ChoraQuest, LLC provides GIS consulting, mineral title examination, mining claim research, custom staking tools, and related land intelligence services for the U.S. mining industry. The Site serves as an informational resource about our services and a point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Specific project engagements are governed by separate project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on this Site are the property of ChoraQuest, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Public Domain Data: BLM, USGS, and other federal government data referenced on this Site is public domain and is not claimed as proprietary by ChoraQuest.

Client Deliverables: Maps, reports, analyses, and other deliverables produced for clients become the property of the client upon full payment per the applicable project agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content from this Site without prior written permission.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or using the Site.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers and networks used to make the Site available.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ChoraQuest makes no warranty that the information on this Site or delivered through its services is error-free, complete, or current. Mining claim research involves public records that may contain errors at the source, including but not limited to BLM, county recorder, and state agency databases. Users should independently verify all critical information before making business or legal decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChoraQuest, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any services provided by ChoraQuest, regardless of the theory of liability. In no event shall ChoraQuest's total liability to you for all claims exceed the total fees paid by you to ChoraQuest for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChoraQuest, LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
